We evaluate 10 years of EU full membership period as a very positive factor in the matter. Turkey's still being a cheap, opportunities country with YTL has ever increased our hopes and we concentrated our efforts through this direction.

Net Group is one of the important companies of our group, open to public and being transacted with the Istanbul Stock Exchange. Merit International Otelcilik is open to public but not being transacted with the Istanbul Stok Exchange where we intensely continue our works for such aim. An important issue is that more than 80 percent of our company is open to public. This ratio, not found in many groups indeed, once more stresses the important situation of the Net Group within the Stock Market.

We hope that tourism will return back to its good old days starting from this year. I am sure all of you, our esteemed shareholders and personnel, will be together with us again, as you have always supported and struggled with us not only in our bright days but also in the depression periods.
